Dear All,

I have been told to prepare HR Hand book for my organization. i am working for software company. Requesting any one to help me out with the contents and how to prepare Hr Hand book. any one can please help me on this

Hello friend,

You could include the items listed in the attachment in the handbook.

Please discuss with your superior and if possible other senior management on the DRAFT contents and then based on consensus you could finalize.

Additionally you may include pages on contact numbers of employees,
List of holidays etc also.
