| | Re: HR Strategies for Construction Company There is nothing to be worry,
1) First you make an agreement / bond between employee & employers for two years who will be selected for abroad project.
2) As per rules & regulations of the country you have to make policies which are applicable in Qatar.
If it is ok means i will give some more suggestions for the same.

Pooja, It is not difficult to frame policies for Construction Industry.
What we can do is, if you send me the policies framed by you, I can have them inspected & subsiquently the ammendments can be made
I can assure you nothing is difficlt in this world, I remember a old saying
ONE IS NOT SMART AS ALL OF US PUT TOGETHER, so let us have a team to work on this
Good Day

| | Re: HR Strategies for Construction Company Hi,
i am from construction industry.
all you need to do is study laws of Qatar (easily availabel on net) and modify your current policies accordingly. New policies for construciton industry will be as follow:
Accomodation
Leave
Rest & Recuperation
Fixed Term Contracts
Working Hours
Probation and Confirmation
Termination and Resignation
Contracts and Project Completions
Retirement
Transfers
Fixed Term Contracts
Amendments to Conditions of Employment
Mobilisation/Demobilisation
Travel
Bonues
Etc
there are lots of procedures & policies you can draft, but you & management need to decide which ones you need.
