EMPLOYEE: 1.75% ON WAGES ROUNDED OFF TO THE NEXT RUPEE
EMPLOYER: 4.75% ON TOTAL WAGES OF EMPLOYEES WHICH IS ALSO ROUNDED OF TO THE NEXT RUPEE.
PF CALCULATION:
EMPLOYE: 12% ROUNDED OFF TO THE NEARST RUPEE
EMPLOYER: 12% ( PENSION FUND IS 8.33% OR RS.541/- WHICHEVER IS LOWER, AND THE REST IS FOR FOR EMPLOYER P F) |

If u have only 1 employee then there is no need of ESI and PF.

| | Re: ESI & PF Calcutions, Procedures - reg If we have more than 10 employees and power is being used and Gross Salary of the employees are more than Rs. 10,000/- then they are eligible for ESIC benefits.
And if u have 20 employees or more than twenty employees in your organization PF will be applicable.
For more details on ESIC and PF I am attaching two ppts which were downloaded from Citehr sometime back.
Hope now u r cear about ESIC and PF.
