| | Re: HR Generalist/2 years of experience looking for change/H The diference between HR Executive & HR Generalist is.
HR Generlist is guy who will handle core HR activities like Recruitments, C & B, T & D, Appraisals, Exit formalities etc..
HR Executive is is Position or designation who can handle All HR activities or a particular activity in HR.
Simply, HR Generalist is a role and HR Executive is a Designation or Position.
Thanks. |

The HR Roles can still be classified as HR Genaralist and HR Specialist.
Both can be designated as HR Executive.
Thanks |

| | Re: HR Generalist/2 years of experience looking for change/H Hi Roshni,
Don't get confuse.
In simple terms, HR Executive is a designation/position given to a role. Role is set of responsibilities handling by a person.
So HR Executive will have set of responsibilities.
it could be all HR Actitvities / One or two responsibilities for example if a guy handles only Recruitments then we can call him as HR Executive / HR Recuiter etc. but he is not HR Generlist.
However HR Generalist guy handles General HR Activities(All HR Activities including recruitments)
Thanks,
Rajesh. |
