Default 'Employee of the Day'

I am part of the HR Team in an Manufacturing co. We have recently inducted a lot of employees as our Mfg. capacity increased. A recent survey has indicated that the employee engagement is very low. Request ideas from u to tackle the same. U must have currently implementing great innovative ways to ensure employee engagement in your cos. Pls share

When I brainstormed with my operations team, we came up with 'Employee of the Day' event. Kindly let me know how u go about with it in your own company as I have to develop a process for measuring and implementing the same.

Hi

we also have "Best Employee of the month" system in our office. Make it a voting system.
Let your employees, write down the name of the employee they are voting for as well as the reasons for selecting the same.
Then you with your can management discuss and decide on it.

I think you need to expose them to continuous training. There is no end for learning. Also the require to be psychologically motivated.
