hi! m in mba 2nd sem ,actually we r asked to interview employees through questionnaire about their performance management system in their organisation.so we r supposed to prepare a questionnaire.What important questions shall i include in my questionnaire.can anyone help me in formulating the questionaire.plz do reply as i need it before mon.

Archana u can search your topic in this cite search. second u can poll your questionaire at this site to have a opinion from HR professionals they all belong to organizations. So you can have result as well.

Hi Archana!
The questionaire should have two parts. 1. Qualitative Analysis 2. Quantitative Analysis.

1. QUALITATIVE ASPECTS
a) Job knowledge and qualification
b) Efficiency and Effectiveness
c) Planning and organization
d) Inter-personal relations
e) Knowledge of policies, procedures and programmes
f) Skills and abilities
g) Attitude
h) Time consciousness
i) Record maintenance (qualitative)
j) Customer Care and Service

2. QUANTITATIVE ASPECTS
a) Basic jobs endorsed (Role Clarity)
b) Man-hours for jobs per se
c) Total man-hours per day
d) Time and Motion study
e) Additional new jobs
f) Tangible work results
g) Exemplary performances
h) Record maintenance (quantitative)
i) Presentation abilities
j) Reporting

You need to take the above parameters to analyse the performance management and the questionaire should have all the above details. you need to allocate points or grades for each parameter and the total points would decide the status of performance of each employees
