Want the list of free websites for resume (All Categories)

Dear Friends,

I am working as a recruitment consultant in a leading saudi based steel manufacturing company. I am looking for to hire people but my sponsor in Saudi Arabia doesn't allow me to contact a recruitment consultant, because they charges a high amount of feeses for to do this. Can any one guide me how to go to a popular site for to get a resume of engineers and other professionals for free. A site which is providing a database of resumes for free. I want to hire all categories except administration and HR.

Dear Alishah,

I have no knowledge of any website where you can search free resumes of professionals but you can post your vacancies free on the very famous jobsite named www.jobstreet.com and their service is also quite good. Resumes of the interested candidates will be sent directly to your email ID.
Just make a try till the time you get some source for assessing free resumes.

Hello Everybody,

Can anybody guide me with consultant agencies in Pune for recruitment, where they donot charge the company. My comapany is a small one and we have urgent requirement for Marketing people with Electronics/electricals background.
Can anybody tell me?
