Haryana Shops and Establishment Act

Dear Friends

We are IPR Law firm based at Gurgaon. This firm consists of around 50 lawyers who are on full time retainership and around 70 permanent employees.

I would like to know the requirements as per the Haryana Shops and Establishment Act.

Also, please let me know from where I can get access to a copy of the Haryans Shps and Establishment Act.

that was very useful, do a service provider in gurgaon needs to register under shop & establishment act, the same is not required in delhi

I have a question.......Does the Haryana shop and establishment act same as that of other states??

We are opening up a huge fitness sector in Gurgaon.....we want to keep it open 365 days. Do we need to tak some permission from Government for that??? Here generally the malls and shops are closed on Tuesday. Please help.

The Punjab Shop & commercial Establishment Act is applicable to Punjab & Haryana.

We, a service provider, opened a new branch in Haryana with less than 10 employees and want to register in Haryana Shops and Establishment act. Let us know what is the procedure for registration and how much is the registration fee for 10 employees catergory and phone nos of labour office in Haryana.

Dear Mathew,
Labour department in Gurgaon is in Mini Secteriate near Court, you have to personally visit there & meet the concerned person of your area.
