Can anyone tell me in detail about "Expatriate Management"?

Expatriate management is managing people comming on International assignment for MNC corporates.

Which includes contract prepration, policy, visa process, relocation assistance, home finding, schooling for there kids, registration, tax, reimbursements, etc....

Hi,

It is applicable if the expat flow is more, mostly in MNC's the global mobility is more.
