Dear Tom,

You have taken the data and posted the same. Also you have mentioned that, the data taken by you is “Confidential”.

Most of the Cite HR members do not know how you have derived such figures.

In this scenario, if you take a vote for the particular posting, how come the cite hr members will vote. In what basis?

Pl. Let us know? I do not know? Also your subject line is......

I m taken thes figures from a survey with some samples.

I am agree with you --- "In this scenario, if you take a vote for the particular posting, how come the cite hr members will vote. In what basis?"

That is the reason we done this survey in a confidential method

The figures may not be 100% correct but not like 100% wrong
