Need your help..
One of your employee who has been associated with our organization from last 4 yrs recently got married & has shifted to Singapore. She is resident of Singapore now since her husband is in Singapore, she will be in India for less than 180 days. She will be working from Singapore for our organization & salary would be SGD 80000 pa. which is approx Rs. 2270400 p.a. Wanted to know
1) Whether we need to pay her salary in Indian Rupees or Singapore Dollars?
2) if in Singapore dollars then what will be the salary structure?
3) Is she still eligible for gratuity, can we include Gratuity component in CTC?
4) She is paying tax in Singapore, so should we deduct TDS from her salary? |
