Default EPF Act, 1952

sir,

My organisation has 25 employees. Break up of these employees are as under:

a) 12 are on deputation(all are contibuting towards GPF)
b) 8 are hired through contarctor( Contractor is covered under EPF Act, 1952)
c) 4 are retiree of Govt. reemployed( Age more than 60 years and are getting pension fron Govt. department)
d) 1 is cintingent worker(On DC approved rates)

Question

My question is, whether EPF Act, 1952 is applicable in my case on the basis of facts given above.

Friend...............
This is on your discretion that whether you are agree to give this social benefit to your employee or not.
On other part some of your employee may be not wish to take this benefit.
Simultaneously some of your employees may be beyond the ceiling limit of EPF benefits.

Hi Frieneds,

If Anyone Has Read The Latest News Related To Epf. Before That It Will Be Applicable On 20 Employees In Company,but Today I Had Seen On Tv, Now Its Has Been Applicable On 10 Member In Company. If Anyone Has The Notification Related To That Plz Make Me Mail Or Reply Me.
