 EPF Act, 1952
sir,
My organisation has 25 employees. Break up of these employees are as under:
a) 12 are on deputation(all are contibuting towards GPF)
b) 8 are hired through contarctor( Contractor is covered under EPF Act, 1952)
c) 4 are retiree of Govt. reemployed( Age more than 60 years and are getting pension fron Govt. department)
d) 1 is cintingent worker(On DC approved rates)
Question
My question is, whether EPF Act, 1952 is applicable in my case on the basis of facts given above. |
