| |  activities for soft skills training
Dear Friends,
I have just started out as a soft skills trainer. I have to take a soft skills training session for about 40 young students. I am on the look out for visuals and activities which can help me in being an effective trainer.

I have been doing same kind of trainings since,last 1 year for MBA colleges....Do let me know your layout...so that i can help you some activities.

Am doing my MBA final yr project. the topic i have chosen is "a study on effectiveness of employability skill training for a consultancy"
.Can you help me in framing questioner for that topic and how to proceed..
