not recieving my sallary

hi
i m not recieving my sallary from a MNC. i leave the job in October but i m not recieving my sallary till now.
i rember my branch head, cluster head, zonal head on this issue, but, they reply only comittmenmt that u r recieved ur sallary in two or three days, but, time goes & i m not recieving my sallary till date.
plz give me advice

Hi,

Have you left the company by giving proper notice or any specific period mentioned in the letter of Appointment. If you have fulfilled all the terms of appointment letter and then left the company you can proceed legally against the company for release of your salary.

If you have left the company without any notice or fulfilling the requirements of the appointment letter then kindly see that things are resolved mutually.

If you have fulfilled the condition kindly do not enter into any kind of verbal communication but instead you should send them reminder in written.

After 2 to 3 reminders send them a legal notic for release of your salary but before doing that yo should have all the documents necessary to support your resignation and attendance during that period.
