Default Service agreement

Hi Everyone

I work with a BPO company which is into software buisness as well. I joined the organisation 4 yrs back and served a service agreement for 1st 2 years in BPO buisness. After completion of that service agreement, I moved to software buisness where I was asked to sign another service agreement for 2 years because of expensive trainings involved . Bond amount is Rs 1 lac. However my employer did not send me for all necessary trainings as mentioned in there mails. One important training was scrapped after inducting me into software buisness. I am planning to leave the organisation before the completion of service agreement however I want to pay only training cost for the training they provided me not the entire amount as I have suffered in my career because of that.

While releaving an employee under service agreement does a company consider the following?
*length of service?
*Performance of employee?
*His image?
*His contribution to the organization?
Please advice on this.

Thanks in advance!
