I am working in a IT firm as Hr. Can anybody help me from where can i get the guideline for formal letter drafting.

I will be glad if anybody give tips or suggest website where i get an idea for drafting a letter.

Why don't you pick up a good book on business communications, that will be really helpful.

And in case you require you help on any articular letter, you can always fall back on CiteHR.

sara if are not able to write an effective letter then there is no big problem with it just u need to follow all kind of letter and u have to got the points what is sense of letter. with the help by this activity u will be able to write a letter very soon.
