Here is a presentation on Quality Circle, which was posted in our Cite HR some time back. Hope you will find it both informative and useful.

I am working in M/S Sundaram-Clayton Ltd (SCL), Brakes Division, Chennai which is a benchmarked company for its TQM practices.
