PF with drawal working in the same company

Dear Friends,

When we are working in the company.Whether we can withdraw the our PF amount .After withdrawing i want to continue the service in the same company.Wether is it possible or any other way is there to claim.

Hi Logs,

If you want to withdraw your PF you have to resign from your company after discussing with your mgt. and rejoin the same company as a fresh appointment with new employee code.
In this case it is necessary there is a gap of atleast 30-40 days. For these days company will pay your salary on voucher as a claim.

BUT, this would effect your gratuity as there is a gap in length of service. Henceforth you will not get the full gratuity amount at the end of your service with the same company.

My suggession is to not to withdraw your PF, it will effect somewhere else ( in terms of Gratuity and leave encashment )

Why should you withdraw? You can take non refundable advance for specified reasons provided you have the specified period of service (5 years for construction of house and 7 years for marriage of self and dependants etc, if my ready knowlegde is right , sometime it may be reverse also)
