Default contract labour

hello, can you help me regarding cotract labour ,we are having registration for 100 contract labour but now the number of the contract labour is going to increase by 50 so there is any procedure by law to make any amendment application for the same or any advice how the same can be done.

Hello

I gone through same problem some days before. We discussed it with legal person

They suggested us for providing them facilities as like PF ESIC and else you can do contract labour registration.

first you are renew the contract labour contract by through the company and second is issue the form No.-5 by through company

You need to amend your registration for CL, pay the difference in fees, amend the contract with the contractor. Pl feel free to contact

There is provision under rule 20 of the CLA Act, who desires to have an amendment in the registration certificate.
