Project appraisal as a part of Annual/Half-yearly Process
Hi,
We are moving the apprasial process from Seasonal to Continuous. Need some inputs on how to Keep Project appraisal as a part of Annal appraisal process. If some one can list the delimits and merits of this excerise that will be great helpful.
You have chosen the right path. Performance appraisal should be an on-going process rather than one time. It plays an important part in motivating the employees, to stimulate the employees efforts, focus attention and for employee persistence.
This will help you maximise employee performace.
