Hi, i am middle management employee,I had three months notice period or 3 months gross salary on resignation in my appointment letter. I resigned from my job and get my resignation letter approved by my HOD. i left the job without any notice period with immediate effect. since the relieving letter was not required at my new employer,only acceptance of resignation was required ,which i submitted. Now my last employer pressurizing me for clearance. I asked them to settle from my bonus & leave & left worked days salary. They are saying that bonus will only adjusted in diwali time.
now my query is - 1) is it not possible to adjust my bonus in clearance amount.
2) can they claim any legal case against me and on what base, and what are its legal aspects and outputs.
