Hi all...This is khyati.. I am new to this community and I need help from all of u....I have done MBA through distance learning from NMIMS mumbai, PGD IRPM from Bhavans' Institute of Management and BBA from S.P.University (Gujarat) presently at Baroda (Gujarat) and working in HR dept since 2 years.
I want to do Ph.D. in HR but I dont know how? kindly help me how Should I move ahead?

You can complete your Ph.D from distance only. As you have completed your masteral with IGNOU or any university which offer distance learning. if you find any other reply please let me know.

Nice to see a person who is keen on studies nowadays. Proud :o to see you. I have commenced my MBA program in distance learning education at ICFAI if in case i fall in to doublts, shall i contact you to clarify my doubts. Pls if you do this, it will be a great help for me in my life.

I think IGNOU is the best option for u to study doctorate.........in HR.......The reason is its material.......which is very good and the faculties are very experienced............... So don't think anything and start collecting info about it......on Welcome::Indira Gandhi National Open University

I am also doing MBA from IGNOU and in last semester, planning to do Phd. One information that i have might be helpful to you is that you can do it from Ganpat University( its is near mehsana-gujarat) it offers phd programmes.
