johari window consists of 4 dimensions to explain the personal articulates of an individual - the 4 dimensions r closed , dark , arena and blind
whre a map is drawn against the individual and others
known 2 one unknown to others - closed
unknown 2 one known to others - blind
unknown to one and others - dark
known to both is - arena
a basic explanation of johari window
am doin a proj in 720 degree appraisal method which includes all the
personal relatonships of an employyee in appraising him/her ,i hav to
do it in 8 organizations with 10 employees per organization and 11
respondents per employee , leading a sample size of 880 people
