False promise by the mgt consultant
Dear all we both husband & wife are working for a three star property since 6 months. at the time of joining we were promised to reimburse the notice period and the transportation charges over the phone by the mgt consultant of the company. it costed around 55000/. but after joining the firm the consultant informed management that he never promised anything. we told the truth to the mgt but mgt is not ready to pay the amount. now we are leaving the firm and we want our money back. we asked mgt to repay the amount from the consultants salary. but the mgt is not ready to help us and pay the money. as the consultant is in our relation we trusted him never asked to give all the conditions in writing. could anybody suggest to us that what needs to be done in this scenario to recover the amount from the management?

Late coming - management feels we should introduce a system of penalties
Dear friendswe are an organisation with a strength of around 150 employees. we have installled a time machine in our office yet the employees keep on coming late. the office time is from 9 to 6 but most employees turn up by 9:30 9:45. frequent warnings have not brought about any impact on the employees. the mgt. feels we should introduce a system of penalties pay cuts etc. for late comings. the organsiations does not have any ir problems as such. most of the employees leave the organisation only around 7:00 7:30 and stay up late to complete their work without having to be told so. yet the mgt. feels this should not be considered an excuse for late coming. i understand the mgt s problem but at the same time the employees feel that when they r putting up late hrs as per the urgency of work then mgt s decision is harsh. how do i balance both employees and employer views.regards tittli

Amendment in payment of bonus act
Dear seniors one of my production employee is demanding 11 bonus of his gross salary for the period 200910. his gross salary is rs.14500/. but mgt is not agree to pay him on this rate. mgt is saying that pay him only rs.3500/. employee is saying that there is changes in the criteria of payment of bonus. i also know. but mgt is not agree. now what i have to do. waiting for u reply regards kscc
