i need to maintain attendance report for 200 employees as we dont have software to maintain this. So can one draft attendance report in excel sheet and that should show every thing like paid days, cauasl leave,

Find enclosed one of the sample format of Attendance, which you may use for your reference.. Fill up the boxes as shown in the file accordingly.. Hope it would help you to maintain the same at your end..

managing attendance of 200 employees ah!

why don't you use Time & Attendance Management software? We use an attendance software from Hyderabad local company they provide customized reports and good product support.

Also, anjali you can consult Hiral Technologies...they provide attendance software along with payroll.....we use the software from them...
