How many previous company check tcs does for background verification?
Hi i have overall 13 yrs of experience and worked with 6 companies. i was working with tcs from 2005 to 2010 and then left to join another company. now i got an offer from tcs to join back. my first company where i was working from july2000 till dec2001 is now closed. since its been more than 12 yrs now i only have an experience letter and an appointment letter. i am a bit worried to accept the offer since if they decide to do an employment check for all the previous companies they will not get any information about it... can this cause my bcg to be red...? rest of my 5 companies are all toplevel india and mnc companies so verification from there should not be a problem. i am only worried about my first company. does anyone have any idea about how many previous company check tcs does for background verification? best regards vittal
