Default Regarding rating method for awards_employee

Hi,

I am working in IT compnay & we had introduced some awards in the form of certificate to give for all our employees who perform better througout the month. ( we had planned to give monthly basis).

Categories are as under :-

Best Co-ordinator
Best Project Co-ordinator *
Best 5 'C' Executive
Best Team Leader - Logistic
Best Logistic Co-Ordinator**
Best Performer
Best LIC Upload Engineer
Best Desktop Engineer*
Best Printer Engineer
Best Project Engineer
Best Project Implementer*
Best Server Engineer**
Best Resident Engineer
Best Team Leader**
Best Laptop Engineer***
Best Manager
Best Emerging Manager****
*Best Accountant**
*Best Admin.Executive
Best Admin. Manager

Can you kindly help me out in framming the rating system or Method of assessing the employee for award...Is there any rating system prevails.....What are all the attributes we need to take into account to select the employees for the said awards ...kindly send me some format or samples.

We have six branches i.e. Mumbai , Pune , Nashik , Kolhapur, Bangalore, Goa, & our employee strength is 200.

Total 200

How many awards you want to give in a month?

I would suggest you must look at 20 awards in a year That amkes it 10% of yir employees in a year

Instead of making monthly, you start with quarterly qwards that will keep the spirit going Monthly awards after some time with limited number will become routine
After 6 months, you will see same guys getting the awards repeatedly and to overcome you will start diluting.

Form the following abse rules

1\. Quarterly awards
2. 5 awards in a quarter/20 awards in a year
3.Must announce the awrds before the 15th of the month in whic you complete the quarter
