Dear All,
Greetings!!
I have a question. Pls suggest.
I want to if the deduction of the PF from the salary of an employee is an indication of the confirmed status of the employee in the company.
Can we consider the employee as permanent employee if the employer has his PF account no. and submits his monthly PF in his account.
Thanks for early suggestions.

Hi.............
Friend.............
Here I would like to correct you that PF deduction from the salary never ever means that the individual employee is confirm employee of the organization.
This is social security of an individual employee. Infact you can't corelate with the services or employment of an individual employee.
Ok

Dear Bhagwan,
Thanks for your quick reply and suggestion. I think there must be some written agreement between the employer and employee for confirmation of permanent status of an employee.

Hi,
Friend.............
Confirmation of an employee is not depend on any agreement between Employer and employee. It is a conditional basis function. This is mentioned in an individual employee's Appointment letter that after certain probation period he/she will be confirm after reviewing his performance during the probation period.
I hope it will clear you more.
