Hi,my name is Pragna,doing my MBA final year,having a little difficulty in preparing a questionnaire for my summer internship project.
I am doing a project on a Comparative Analysis performed on Compensation review in Aztecsoft Limited with other IT related companies.
I am comparing Aztecsoft company with other related IT companies in thier compensation level.
Have prepared questionnaire,but do not know whether it is right.
Could U please give me some suggestions about the questionnaire and also any other questions i can add upon.

Dont use the word Overpaid n Underpaid. Change the terms.
In addition to your questionnaire, if u wish u can add the following questions als
1. Does your company utilize a traditional salary grade system?
[ ] Yes [ ] No
If yes, please answer the following questions.
2. How is progression in the job grade determined?
[ ] Time on job [ ] Merit [ ] Established steps [ ] Other ________
3. How often is the salary structure reviewed? ____________________
4. When was the last time it was adjusted? ____________________
By what percentage? ______________
5. Does your company give a general increase?
[ ] Yes [ ] No
If yes, what percentage? ___________
6. Does your company have a bonus or incentive plan?
[ ] Yes [ ] No
If yes, please answer the following questions.
