Let me also know under such circumstaces is it mandotory for the company to contribute the same percentage of PF i.e 12% or can that percentage be reduced,and is there any law supporting all the above?
As soon one comes into employment, the employee becomes covered under PF as well as ESI if comes under that parameter..
Moreover company has to pay at the same rate of 12%...
