A trainer is not just a trainer or a consultant but a Facilitator. As a facilitator, he is a leader - invisible, a chameleon, a dictator, a conductor, a parent holding the bicycle in the beginning and later letting him go. His goals are: Enlightenment, encouragement.He has got to be credible, challenging, convincing. He is Reliable, Responsible, Resourceful and more than anything else, Relevant. He must be ready "to empty his purse into his head" He coaches for performance, for performance management, for new skills.

Here are few points I would like to share the site visitors -
-A trainer should be a role model for his trainees
-Should be knowledgeble of the content and through in & out to make sure his trainees gain more trust in terms of any queries asked
-Patience when reqd really & more understanding towards the attendees attention
-Adabtibility is important to new things and things unknown; mainly should adapt the good, bad, identify the source of distraction and try & minimise them.
