As I said before, I do not know what the objective of the survey is and what your organisation wants from the survey. However, if you are going to use the results for an academic degree then you need to modify it as suggested.

i think u r pulling my leg!!! lol....hey yaar am an average student who compelled to prepare a questionnair for my academic purpose...The questionnair which i prpared is also an average stuff but for mr simhan it may be below average...hi hi....thank you rakeshreddy for adding more questions to my questionnair......

You need to get away from that attitude "am an average student who compelled to prepare a questionnair for my academic purpose.." As long as you think that it is an imposed thing, you will not get much out of the exercise. Think positively. That it's an opportunity to learn and impress the organisation so that they offer you a job.

It appears that you have not read my messages. Hence, I am repeating them for your benefit.

Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum, without giving enough information.

Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.
