Kinldy someone help me with the performa for performance certificate.
We need to send this Performance Certificate accross to our Customers, to get their replies on our performance and their satisfaction level.
Please someone send me the Samples for Performance Certificates and i will mould it accordingly.

You can use MS Office Word 2003 to get these kinda templates. they are inbuilt. when u open MS word on the rite side there is a box which say search for. Type the name of the template that you are looking for and in the mean time u can also use MS Exce in a same way by searching for templates you require. As an example see the attached file which i got from MS Word Templates.
