hay it is just a calculating trick,
If you want to prove it just write down all the no. in one colour, and later on it will ask you to chose one block in which your no. exist. if you will analyse carefully you will find that each block contains only one no from that colour, so it becomes easy to know your no. from that block as it is unique.
