Sick leave can prove me absconding
Hi.. i am working with xxx india for for last 6 months and the experience has been horrible with the team. due to stress i fell sick and now travelling back to my home for complete dignosis where as i have received an email from my lead that he wont approve my leave and mark me absconding whereas i have sent entire scanned medical documents to him ... can any one suggest how to tackle this where i would like to say that xxx provides unlimited sick leave to its employees...

8 the main characters of the story are mr. cigarette and the readers.the sales talk from mr. cigarette was about the of smoking. we all know that smoking is bad for health there are only disadvantages. know you want to know the three advantages. the three advantages are :lol: the three advantages of smoking are: i dogs will run away from you. ii robbers will afraid of you. iii you will stay young forever. now you are wondering how these three advantages could be related to first heavy smokers look horrible. therefore the dogs will run away from horrible people. second smokers always cough at night time. in that case they will be staying awake for the whole night. so the robbers dare not to enter the house. last smokers die at young age. they have no chance to live older and hence they will stay young forever. so the moral of the story is stop it is injurious for health.

Respected madam/sir hello please listen with patience....i done be 2008 passed outdue to recession period i didnt job in any of it companies so i joined for mphasis bpo i work for 10 months as tech support voice but due to severe health issue i left the job there in last year of march itself n after long break i joined for software testing course n i got certificate for same from cegonsoft technologies now if i go to any companies they are asking for relevant exp n not considering my bpo experiencealso i have aggregate less than 60...its became very horrible to get into it i m in confusion now so can you please suggest me in regarding my career growth also i m requesting please if 2011 batch comes then its really heard to get into it companies....please help me please yours faithfully vijendra

I know having experience in a field you re applying for will definitely be a plus point on your resume and when having a job. my question is this : of course as a fresh graduate you typically have no experience or very minimal experience so my question is how do i get some hrrelated experience? and does it have to be hrspecific experience?
Horrible company culture and environment - what do i need to do if i don't want to join without paying a penalty?
I signed a joining agreement with the organization. but when i discuss culture and environment about the company with 23 existing employees on indeed i hear that it s horrible there. i dint want to join this organization as i got a new offer. what do i need to do if i don t want to join without paying a penalty? below are the contents: in the event of failure /violation on part of the prospective employee to join the firm on or before the committed date the prospective employee shall be liable to pay an amount equivalent to 1 one months offered salary or rs. 100000 rupees one lac only whichever is higher. 5. in addition to the right of the firm to be indemnified the prospective employee shall be liable to pay all the damages consequential or otherwise arising as a result of the breach of this undertaking. in any event liability of the firm shall be limited to compensation for direct damages and to a maximum of rs.10000/ ten thousand rupees whereby a sequence of events shall be regarded as one event. 6. this deed shall be governed by the laws of india and the courts of ahmedabad gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 7. any and all disputes claims difference arising out of or in connection with this undertaking and or the performance of this undertaking shall be settled by arbitration by a sole arbitrator in the courts of ahmedabad gujarat.
Employee claiming salary after six months of resignation
