Provident Fund Settlement

Hi,
My Father got expired recently.He was working in an organisation for more then 10 years.Now i need to claim Employers provident fund on his name.Employees contribution has been settledown.Here scenario is ,the organisation has not paid its contribution on employee PF Account .Employers contribution to employees PF is around 8.33% .So in these case i dont know what step should i take to get Employers contribution to my fathers PF account.Do i need to put an application to commissioner of PF ?How do i claim?
Please advise me on this.

are sure revathi, his your father have got only yee contribution not the yers contribution, plz can you substantiate how your telling you didnt recieve..then only i can you the clear pic of it......(8.33% is both of employer + 3.67 is admin charges = 12%, and ur father contribution is only 12 %)

hi dear,

i am not clear about your query as both amount i.e from employee & employer are settled simultaneously by PF department

But it is also true that the department dispatch two checks for the settlement one for Provident & other for Pension fund

as ur father completed his 10 yrs employment so he was entitled for widow Or dependent pension it there is one ua can claim pension from the remaining 8.33% amount of your fathers employer contribution
