opportunity to work in corporates - IT

Hi I am in IT recruitment field from last 2 years. I am working in consultancy. I have also done a extensive business development for our consultancy. I have developed many reputed IT clients.

PLS guide me hw to enter in IT companY. I have done BE (IT).

You have done B.E. in IT, then how come you changed your field and entered in recruitment?

I feel HR field very much convenient and challenging for me.
Its really interesting to face everyday new people, to convince them, give right job opportunity. Its really a gr8 skill.

Hi Sheetal,

You yourself have an answer! As your working in IT recruitment firm , it is obvious that you will know about current openings... Go through the Job Description and interrogate you have the desired skills set or not..If you don't have, or i am sure you might have lost touch of the same, join any computer course to upgrade yourself . To my knowledge .net, java, VB, ASP etc is a must in IT field.. Then talk to your manager or concerned person about the same and you can get into IT. Mail me a copy of your resume..
