good that ur keen to know about SAP HR. its booming like any thing.

i am working in one of the reputed manufacturing units in Pune and my company is using SAP in HR.

I will share my experience with u as i ahev undergone 2months course also.

well about SAP thing, these days as u know every thing is computerised and many of the HR process are also yet to be computerised. thus to make all the HR proseccess like recruitment, payroll, time management, PMS, Training, Admin Issues are all been programmed in such a way that no need for any employee to search for any thing. they can easily log on to their SAP id and get info about the Forms, appraisals, payment, recruitment, a new joinees data... like many issues.

but i wanted to make one thing clear is there are 2options for u 1 is whether u wanted to go in to the programming & Developing SAP HR for the Clients or u wanted to land up as a End User.

just look in to this and make ur self clear.

If you are already a post graduate in HR then it is one of the best courses you can take, SAP is definitely one of the top three hot skills in the world recruitment process right now.

But what you have to be careful is from where you do it, there are a lot of institutes which offers you this course but then all these would only be able to enrich your knowledge (if they are good) cause the certifications they are provide are invalid and not approved by any company in the world, the only valid certifications are available from companies which are listed with this link
