Default tution fees deduction

how will i treat tuition fees deduction?
please tell me the details about tuition fees treat in income tax of A.Y. 2007-08

Dear Friends,

I Paid tution fee for the year 2006-2007for my child. It is not reflected in my Income tax return in ay 2007 - 2008. Pls advice me wether i can claim the amount or not.

Pls tell me about tax implication.

If you have the valid money receipts against the tution fee and your expected net benefit due to such exemption is substantial amount, then you can file a revised return for the assessment year 2007-08.

For small amount of reimbursement, filing revised return is not advisable.
