 pls help-career change
Hi seniors,
Pls help me. I am a working as a copywriter since 2 yrs. But want to shift into HR. I have a PGDBA specialization in HR from symbiosis centre for distance learning. I know now this course probably has no market value coz it is not even AICTE approved. I am planning to do an post gradute HR course from IGNOU (Its not possible for me to take full time course now)
My confusion is what is better should I do a MBA (HR) or PGDHRM (1yr dip). which will give more weightage to my CV, so that i have better career prospects.
I am a psychology and sociology graduate from Lucknow Univ. with 68%
