Sir,

There is no exemption for this, you have to get registered under shops and establishment Act.

Hey Bhagwan!

Tu to sab ka malik hai aur kuch bhi kar sakta hai.
Yeh Shop & Establishment ka form na bharna kaun si badi baat hai?

Are dukan aur establishment hamesha ke liye band kar de, form bharne ki zaroorat hi nahin padegi.
Yahi ek rasta sabse aasaan hai
.

Sorry there is no any better way than this if you want to.

Re: The Shop & Establishment Act 1948
For any oraganization it is imp. to get itself registered under Shops & Est. Act and the certificate/document has to be displayed in the Office. Under this the Name of the co. is written in the Local language and also per requirement ..public. or pvt. limitted is added to it.

Re: The Shop & Establishment Act 1948
Dear Sarita and Heybhagwan,

For sensible replies the questions also have to be sensible. Such a question cannot be expected from a person claiming to be HR professional as in his profile.

Does it make sense that I want to run a factory and looking for ways of exemption from complying with various returns / forms to be filled up as prescribed under the Act ?

It is our professional duty to comply with all the Statutory provisions under Industrial Laws and submit various forms, returns challans and payments in due time to avoid any penalties, punishment and harrassment.

Further, I had given a humorous reply, still if the person Mr. Hey Bhagwan feels I have hurt his sentiments all my sincere apologies to him.

And my professional advise would be THINK POSITIVE. Think of Statutory Compliances and not Exemption / Evasion.

Thanks and best wishes.

Be Happy Dear
