Dear Sarita,

Now you are trying to pull the issue for nothing.

1. If you are going thru the posts you must have definitely read my following post where I have clarified and apologised to Mr. Bhagwan for what I had written. In fact there has been no reaction of either of my replies from Mr. Bhagwan but you are getting too bent upon to raise the issue for nothing. You should have rather known as to how to respond to a person who has already apologised immediately receiving an objection.

2. Okay accepted, I don't know about the Act, but if you claim to have Mastered in the Act, could you suggest any way of getting exempted from filling up various forms under the Act? If so, please enhance my knowledge and let it be shared by all those who do not no about the same.

3. I would request Mr. Bhagwan to please give your response / comments if you are reading this.

Hi Friends,

I think many a times we get deviated from the main subject, every one has rights to ask any sort of questions if they think they can get clarity on the subject/Topic, every one has rights to answer but ofcourse with a thought that it should be carrying any personal remarks.

In this case Bhagwan asked one question and he got few responses, Parvez's first response was bit harsh but as he explained it was with humor and most important thing he put forth his applogies if the comments hurt the individual and in my opinion that's the end of the story. Instead of dragging any issue till the last drop of blood cut it short and let us utilize this time in posting something educational/inspirational/interesting for the forum.

Exemption be taken only if your organization is maintaing all the records electronically.
