I have been asked to conduct employee motivation program using various concepts. I planed to conduct games but very few management games were accepted, but the firm wants me to conduct day to day activity, were the employee's shod feel the unity, so how am I to proceed further?
1. Establish Emp. Suggestion Scheme and reward people.
2. Propose Employee of the month/year based on BSC.
3. Encourage employees who come in time to office by way of a small gift.
4. Organise Creche faclitity.
5. Think of special incentive scheme.
6. Recreation facilities in holidays like Carrom,Football etc., provided with guest house. and many more such.
