Students summer training evaluation

Dear members,

I work in a manufacturing company, we receive every summer students from engineering faculties to get summer training in our plant; some of those students come to us after graduation applying for jobs, and hence we encountered a need to have an evaluation form for those students in place so we can use it when deciding whether to hire them or not.

Can anybody help me in developing such a form?

Forms. I guess forms are a good evaluation tool.

What skills are you looking for? What is the kind of people you really want?

The form will depend on that.
