Looking for full time Recruiter based out of delhi

We are a young consulting and staffing firm and are looking for a full time recruiter based out of Delhi who can work from home.

Key Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of recruitment experience in the IT sector

Well versed with searching online databases like naukri, monster etc

Excellent communication skills

Must be willing to work from home

Co-ordinate with clients for shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, follow ups, reference checks.

Knowledge of online groups, job boards, community portals etc where jobs can be posted

Compensation: Negotiable

Hi,

I was working with organization on contract basis and now i am on payroll still working from home. I am using internet connection and company provided voip for calling US.

We also use emails and im's.

I am getting salary.
