i have submitted my pf claim form 1 year back.And my previous company submitted my form to pf office bombay atleast 7 to 8 months back and pf office accepted my form.But still i have not recieved my pf amount now its almost 8 months.When i contacted to my previous company they said they have submitted the form and not recieved back from the pr office that means pf office accepted the form.My name is sameer shaikh and my pf number is mh/43967/9757 and my employee code is adf 9775. so i hope i will come to know very soon my pf status.

Dear,
It means both of u have submitted the PF claim form to your repsective org.
In ur case wat i will suggest u to timely contact with ur previous employer also
u can get ur claim status on EPFO website also.

There is the option of KNOW UR CLAIM STATUS, Click on that then page will open following fields needs to filled & u can get the status or u can get the number of Maharashtra PF Office.
or In ur case the employer has prime reponsibility to make sure that u get ur claim,
Ideally it will take 45 days max. but there could have been many cases
- Lost of form
- It might not be submitted till date.
pls confirm with the employer, if they actually submit the form, ask them for acknowlegement or reciept.
