| |  Hiring tests for recruiters
Hi Friends,
I am doing some research on hiring recruiters for the US clients. Can anyone tell me about what hiring tests should be conducted to hire best recruiters. I want good communication skill and recruiting skill. Please let me know if you have any hiring tests suitable for hiring recruiters. |

Recruiters are very clever, they knew very well what will be the next question be asked to each question we ask.
If you are considering a fresher: check his attitude and the technical strenght and how commited he or she is.
if you are considering a experienced recruiter
Its better to give them a requirement and a bunch of candidates and to choose the best if required ask them to call the candidates and you be in the conference.. |

Well I agree that yes Recruiters are smart, but here is the answer - smarter tool to know who is the real smart!! :-) get their Handwriting Analysed and you would for sure know whom you hiring.
This is not just limited to Recruiters but for any employee u want to hire.

Well said they are smart, but her is somethin that can help not only help you hire Recruiters but any employee, get their Handwriting Analyzed and
know them better than ever!!
