I am Bangalore-based freelance soft skill and behavioural trainer. I handle training assignments across the spectrum of industries.

You have put forth a requirement that will required good amount of pre-training research. Success of the training depends on this research. Will your management allow to do this in depth pre-training activity?

Training anyone can do but conducting pre-training and post-training survey requires lot of maturity and experience as well.
