Among so many MBA’s on this forum, is there no one who can discuss as why one should do MBA or why they have done MBA??? What is the driving force behind enrolling for MBA?

Ok. Thanks for your inputs. Here we are not just taking about MBA HR but all MBA's.
If I understood correctly, you said that people do MBA to gain knowledge and to get some professional qualification...
Thanks again.

Hi
Doing MBA for aquiring knowledge, skills and professional attitude is all right but actually i did MBA because it is the demand of the industry. If you have to be part of race and become a winner then the race starts with being professionally qualified. So MBA gives us that eligibility and also builds the theoretical base for building the practical achievements.

Dear Sanjana, My personal opinion in that MBA degree will give more exposure, knowledge and help us think HR in a well defined manner. Best Regards Isaac Patturaja
