regarding PF ,its 10-12% of the basic salary.
HRA - it again varies but normally 40% of the basic
LTA - its given three times in a period of three years after which it lapse. Amount again depends upon the basic salary.
DA - Deduction.,% varies

ESI - 1.75% of gross (except WA)
HRA - depend upon the company norms
DA - depend upon nature of business ( as govt. norms)

You can calculate HRA in this way.
Your basic salary would be 40% or 50% of your gross salary depend on you are working in Non-metro or Metro city respectively.
Your HRA would be 40% of the basic salary.
PF contribution from employee would be 12% of basic salary.
other components like LTA, Medical, insentives, bonus will depend on which industry you are working and also depend on your company policy.
